Our Values

 Our current mission is to thoughtfully rethink the way we pack, but our long term vision is to empower, educate & advocate change for the fashion world & ourselves. 

Our vision is big and while we are all passionate about doing things better, we learned quickly doing that in fashion industry is not a short term task. 

We designed our values to help us make better choices that will work us toward our vision. 

The choices we make for our brand are rooted in considering the impact on our environment, society and our health... but are currently in the stage of progress over perfection.

So what does that mean you'll get when you are part of the Niayd community:

• Thoughtful decision making that considers the impact of our decisions

• Balance. Focusing on the 80% that drives the 20% - in life, in business, etc

 We learning the best way to challenge the status quo of the fashion industry and make it a better place for everyone, but there is more work to do.
